I have worked in tourist hospitality for years, and I truly love meeting people from all over the world who come to visit the city where I live.

When the two and a half flights of stairs (and yes, with no lift!) became too much for my mum, aka Mutti, she moved to a lovely little ground-floor apartment. That is how La Casa di Mutti, “Mutti’s House”, was born.

In our first year we have welcomed wonderful guests, mostly from Europe, but also from Australia, the United States and Saudi Arabia. The apartment is just right for two: a couple, two friends, or a parent with a child. It also suits business travellers well, with Milan, Lugano, Varese and Bergamo all within easy reach.

I have only just started this new adventure, and I hope to show some awards and recognitions here very soon.
